It should go without saying that the bits below were implemented to improve the performance of my LP12.

Greenstreet subchassis - liked the idea of the Keel but not the cost.

Tigerpaw Khan - liked the idea of straight suspension bolts, draining vibration from the motor, better contact with the plinth and improved crossbrace.

Audio Origami arm cable. Well made and nice improvement over stock Ekos cable, far less than the Linn alternative.

Modified solid Linn baseboard with brass cones bolted to the four corners to be used in conjunction with a Symposium Segue platform. I tried this after other success using Symposium products in my system. The idea is to provide an efficient means to drain vibrations from the plinth to the platform. I also dislike the idea of the suspension within a suspension that the Trampolin introduces. The cones provide a solid base for the LP12 and allows the springs to do their job. No need to re-level the deck when moving from the jig to the audio stand as well. My rack sits on a solid concrete floor.

Another for the AO arm-cable (it actually uses Van Damme cabling) and that has Eichmann bullet plugs. I also have a Hercules/Mose. There is also some Tranquility on the horizon.

My Klimax deck is all LInn except the Pimp Plinth affair...obviously..

will be adding a tranquillity when they arrive..I say they cause i ordered 2...

The second deck has the "Univector" unipivot tonearm and a geddon PS..( if that counts as third party)..

But...shock horror..I'm gonna try some of Edmund Chan products just to ..well you know...see or hear a difference...

will let you know when they arrive..

Yeah i questioned the Mober PS with Him as one He sold down here had a motor issue...
Assures me alls good now so ....give it a go.

He seems to have a bit of a following in Aus cause His pricing is very reasonable and product gets here pretty quick....If I'm not happy with it sure will have no probs moving it on..

word on the street is you might be making a visit down here later in the year Peter.. :smt023 ...must catch up.. :D
