Yeah, but that's the way we roll unfortunately. :(

Sad to see Palace so PR sensitive and even more concerned re Parish's intimation that expansive football hasn't worked and so they are going to wind it back. Tighten the defence (and dump some of the defenders) for sure, but going back to a 'defend at all costs for 90 mins and hope we nick a goal from a FK' is not a place I want us to return too. Players really do need to look at themselves, especially the back 4 who TBH don't deserve the Premiership on their form in 2016. So many comical mistakes that have thrown away the points.

Expect BFS to be announced shortly and the BFS out campaign to start the same day. I am afraid online fans at Palace these days seem to enjoy the campaigning. Sad, but true.

Well that would be Crystal Palace safe for this season - quite a good place to start against Watford too :smt030
Currently Cymbiosis LP12 Woodsong Wenge, Klimax Radikal/Chord Sarum T, Keel/A, Khan, Tranquility, Urika/Chord SSA, Aro, sKale, Lyra Kleos SL - Sondek owner since 1982 - the rest is Naim, Chord and Kudos 8)

Hope you are right Chris :)

I fear Deeney will inevitably hit his 100th ? goal as they look to get their form back. We always need to score at least 2 if we are going to get anything out of a game these days. :(

I don't know of any other business on the planet where so many sacked people just walk into high payed new jobs.

The game as a whole isn't in a good place right now.

Cheating is apparently 'being professional', some players are paid more in a week than most people need for a year and that money leaks out of the game, there is little integrity or loyalty around as winning is everything. I am not nostalgic about the past - more worried for the future as it can't last.

The quality of the football is probably at an all time peak but I expect that to dilute going forward as China looks as if it is already beginning a concerted attempt to 'steal' the franchise. They play the long game better than anyone and I can see this threat accelerating the formation of a 'european league' which will be the death knell for me I think.

Back to Palace for a moment. So go on tell me how bad is it going to be with BFS? I have a fair idea from afar but would appreciate some detail from you Hammers out there.

Well Big Fat Sam was wrongly dismissed by England who should have shoen some backbone and stood up to the nonsense being promulgated by the Torygraph - best of luck to him I say, as he fully deserves another go :smt023

He is a fine progressive coach who has been inappropriately maligned and even vilified due to people like Arsene Wenger and Rafa Benitez making lame excuses for their own team's shortcomings when BFS's teams have beaten them.

He could even take over from Jose in 20 years :smt030

All three Premier League managers - Paul Lambert, Brendan Rodgers and Alan Pardew - who have signed Christian Benteke have then been sacked :p

But that's not hard is it? Any player that has moved to a new club can pretty much say that unless they have been at Arsenal :D
It's another one of those pretty silly stats doing the rounds at the minute. OAP crime has shot up 47% apparently - panic!

Is that crime by OAPs - as it does look as if the Brexit prospect has had a deleterious effect on Brexiters' morals so it is likely to be reflected in the crime statistics. :smt002

I can't immediately think of another player who matches the Benteke effect on three managers after separate moves. Perhaps BFS should sell him to Arsenal in January and see what happens

Fellaini moved to United and has caused two managers to be sacked but that's only one move . Even Kevin Nolan didn't get BFS sacked three times :D
