Cheers Carlton looks like a hat trick
Its a great bit of music that I have been meaning to buy for yonks.

There will be a black slab out in October
Interesting to see a vinyl release after all these years, but not sure i will bother with it.
This album has to be left alone to flow from start to end and getting up and down will really really spoil it.

Good point actually. I had 3 interruptions, and went back to the start 3 times.

Wish I had known about this last year
Beth Gibbons, vocalist, songwriter, producer and co-founder (together with Geoff Barrow and Adrian Utley) of the band Portishead, will sing the solo part in Symphony No. 3, Symphony of Sorrowful Songs, Op. 36 composed by Henryk Mikołaj Górecki. The artist will perform with the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra led by Krzysztof Penderecki. After projects with Aphex Twin and Jonny Greenwood, this is yet another spectacular collaboration of the Polish composer with a contemporary music artist.
