July KAOTM

Post by The Kaptain » Fri Jul 27, 2018 9:49 am

Time to think of which 5 albums we have enjoyed the most during this month! :g-thumb:

The voting deadline is:

Midnight Tuesday 31st July

If you are a first time voter in the KAOTM here are a few handy tips...

You may pick 5 albums of your choice which either you, or someone else has posted on the "What are you listening to now in July 2018" topic.
Alternatively, if you are unsure of who or what to vote for, you may pick from the 'RESULTS UPDATE' that will be regularly updated in this topic as the votes come in.

We all have 5 votes each, assigned a points value from your chosen positions of 1st to 5th.
You are eligible to vote if you have more than 10 posts and have agreed to the HiFi Kabin's GDPR
The Voting form will arrive in your inbox on or about the 20th of each month.

POINTS VALUE ALLOCATION
10... your first and best choice
9.... your second choice
8.... your third choice
7.... your forth choice
6.... your fifth choice

The objective of the points structure is to assess the greater weight of feeling and strength of all Kabin members who contribute votes, to find what has been the most favourable [and best] album for each month of the year.

Have fun, enjoy, and may the best album win! :g-yep:
Important Note:-Should you be eligible to vote, but have not yet had the PM, please let me know as soon as possible.

Quite amazing that even in a close community vote the results can be so diverse.
Makes you wonder why there isn't more chat about music considering this and lots of new members that have went shy.
You've got to be in it to win it.

Apart from the diversity I like the fact that (other than friendly banter) no one cares what genre of music you like. As long as you are enjoying it thats all that matters.

... but more contributions are always welcome :smt023
