Couldn’t sleep due to severe back and hip pain, so I’ve taken a few painkillers and spinning this fine album. Hoping for some relief. 8)

Here’s what happened...

The relief did not last long I spent the day retching and felt severely under the weather. Sunday was no better the retching had stopped but felt very shakey all day I thought I must have caught a bug. Monday I felt not to bad until I got up out of the chair and hit the floor double up with stomach pain. An ambulance was called by my locum Doctor after a call from my wife to take me straight to hospital. I ended up having an operation within a couple of hours having come down with Appendicitis. Still in hospital they reckon about 5 days. Hopefully back to the music soon.
None foreign parts LP12 - Naim CD - Naim Amplication - Kudos Speakers.

Who is it?

Sorry you can only just make it out in the picture...its Japan. :smt023
Band is Japan picture is Rodney Sylvian
Thanks, Andy and Craig. I can now just make out Japan in the top LH corner. I also remember the name Sylvian, although I thought it was David. I seem to recall the band in the new romantic scene of the 1980s (a musical genre I recall disliking, but dancing to in the hope of getting an invitation back to Caroline B's flat!)

I too left a message in the other place. I've got garage doors to rub down and re-varnish in the next days, but I think I'll just get on with it rather than face appendicitis!
