Double vinyl boxset Ed released 2013 - Rich lavish sounds with monochromatic piano lines and vocals. Great stuff. 8)

I’ve listened to the 15 sec tasters and what’s on YouTube. It’s classic Young from a the 70’s which could have all been put together on a archives 2 boxset. Having said that it’s refreshing after some of the shite he’s spurned out over the last few years. 8)

Spot on Jim. He must have some real good live recordings and he should go through and release the best of them. Springsteen is doing that, sorting out the wheat from the chaff and releasing some classic shows. Having said that the album he released today is a mish mash of really good and average that maybe a record label release. The full show recordings (like the Leeds show) he puts out himself but they seem to be hand picked.

It seems to be the norm lately no new material so releasing old concert bits. Crosby is showing them all up. 8)
