Forum rules
Emporium Special Rules
1) This section is exclusively for the use of HiFi Kabin forum members. Only Full Members (those with 10+ posts) are allowed to start a Topic, all other members can reply.

When initially released these were £2,699. At this price it’s an absolute steal. If you can accept the lack of remote and limited number of inputs, I’d recommend you grab one before they’re all gone. It’s an astonishing little amplifier.

I saw some speculation on Naim's own Forum about the reasons for the sell off, so I decided to end speculation and explain my reasons for this limited offer and only 4 left now BTW
So I'm just copying a little background from the Naim Forum and my response here for the benefit of members here, just to be totally transparent on my reasoning for making the offer.

Let me just put my foot on all this speculation here for you all.
The Nait 50 is a fantastic little amp and when launched it flew off the shelves and I supplied a considerable number, so wanting to support Naim with this fantastic little amp, I ordered a lot more and then shortly after the sales just stopped for us!
So having had far too many units in stock for too long and the selling price dropping generally here in the UK I took the decision to take the hit and clear some space in one of my stock rooms. No factory offers to me on my existing stocks, although HQ may have helped a bit if retailers have been taking on additional stock recently. Even if offered, this help would have been no use to me, as I have enough here, and BTW no new products that I’m aware of. Just my decision to call time on an over ambitious decision I made in the summer of 2023. To take a very substantial financial loss on the chin and move on…
No point having them just sitting there doing nothing.
Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I bought a large number of Hi-Caps, Supercaps, SNAXOs and 250s when being discontinued in favour of the New Classic Series, because I knew there would be continued demand… Pretty much all sold now.
Swings and roundabouts as the saying goes…
I hope that clarifies everything for you all and the offers you have seen are real, and made on an extremely good amplifier by the Naim Retailers concerned.

"why Naims rush to clear unsold stocks? Is it to clear the shelves to launch its successor?
Guess both Naim and dealers want their stock moving as fast as possible.
The pricing indicate dealers decide (as they should by law)
Naim may have offered their UK dealers some special offer if they sign up for a certain number of amps ?
As for future Naim releases, its been a while, I believe this spring will show many new products, but nothing like the Nait 50."
