September 22nd is 'K' Day
Back from a fantastic couple of hours with Peter, and what can I say?
Quick Response (to save you all time)
Just buy it. Slightly Longer Response
Noise has dropped through the floor, out of through the basement and has settled into a Coal Mine some 1000' below. Noise that I thought was surface noise has disappeared. Deeper clearer bass, clearer treble, well clearer everything.
Its a bargain at £750. Is it the best upgrade for the LP12? Probably.
Now I am off to listen to my new record collection.

Congratulations James, enjoy your record collection. Having had my Karousel LP12 for a week and listened to a wide range of material, I've found that the very best recordings are significantly better, while more marginal recordings/pressings are improved in most cases.
Like someone else has commented (I believe on here), I didn't think the noise floor could get much lower than with the Cirkus/Tq. But this is exactly what the Karousel achieves – if by 'lowering the noise floor' we mean more information is being retrieved from the grooves, and previously hidden and subtle details revealed.
LP12 (Tiger Paw Stratos, sKale; Karousel, Keel, KRadikal, Ekos SE, Exakt 2, Lyra Kleos SL); Exakt DSM; Exakt Akubariks 2.

I absolutely adore the Karousel - it is a marvellous product and sonically phenomenal. Resistance is completely futile.
... and somewhat of a bargain at the price IMHO.

Based on their experience and feedback from customers, the guys at Audio-T are saying that the Karousel joins the list of best ever upgrades to the LP12:
Linn Basik Plus or Grace to Ittok
Valhalla to Lingo
Lingo to Radikal
Cirkus to Karousel
It's somehow very satisfying that this upgrade is based on material science and engineering rather than electronics or digital tweakery.

I am now wondering how much I might be able to raise with my Circus and Tranquility.
