A nice, simple music playing LP12 for a weekend/walking/skiing retreat. Plus a very happy owner.

It looks somehow a bit painted rather than real grain in that pic. I still haven't got one of my afro one that I am really happy with. I think its the case with all wood.

Ekos on the Rubikon. Nice :smt023

Looking at it in real life it's incredible that you can do something like that with a piece of wood.

Yes, it is amazing what CH can do with a piece of wood. I'm literally in awe of his woodworking skills; especially as I can't do anything like it all

To Mr O. Yep, I do think that the Rubikon design and colour go well with the Ekos Se. Sound pretty good too :smt023

It's an original and still sounds sweet.

Me, I just love that Supex sound.

I'll have it rebuilt by Dom at North West Audio when the time comes.

This is my current deck, previously did have adikt/Ittok LVII but since moving my second deck on, I much preferred the Nima/10x5.

Nice Isoblue. Do you not find the amps get a tad warm? I got some extension for the shelves with them on.

Nice speakers as well.

Yes they do get a little warm when given a good thrashing, but it does not appear to of caused any issues yet.

I was considering extensions when I first moved to Isoblue, but I didn't like the look of them made them look silly I thought, in Oak anyway!

I did really love the colour of your walnut Isoblue but sadly at the time Walnut was out of reach as it was part of the special branch iirc.
