Pretty looking deck, I had a 'S' arm back in the 80's (ACOS/REGA but I can not remember the model) but not as nice looking as the Alphason

Thanks Mr Onion & Dan, I think I had one it was the Planer 3 with the RB200 arm which I think was from Acos, very musical and warm combination.

The Alphason is 36 years old, I had it rewired and bearing check / service a few years back via J7 at Audio Origami. :smt023

Maybe neither 😎 The main deck is staying the same. This was to be a new LP12 to replace the study deck - but it’s evolving in advance of it arriving, who knows.

Here's my 1997 LP12/Ekos/Argo which superseded my 1982 LP12/Ittok/Asaka. Soon to be Karouseled and trampolined.

Nice looking LP12, and it will certainly benefit from having a Tramp if its living on top of that cabinet. The Karousel will be a fantastic lift to performance as well.
