Joey was particularly disappointed by the length of the ban as he had odds of five to one on twelve months :smt030

Great comment Chris that just about sums Barton up. He moans about the length of his ban; after all he only bet on over 1,200 matches and kept on going for many years until he was caught out ............. :evil:

The irony here surely is that the ban frees him up to bet on any match he likes now because he has effectively retired. :roll: :roll: :roll:

The guy certainly has had a career teetering on self-destruction which is a shame because he had talent. Makes you wonder what a Fergie might have done for him. Not the manager - the singer, of course :D

I would have thought that he would be more suited to Courtney Love
