These are the 'standard' Russ Andrews Fuses that are the default ones that are now fitted to their range of Mains Cables. (They are NOT the SUPER fuses or ULTRA Fuses)
I purchased them several years ago to replace the universal 'as supplied' fuses and they were a small but significant improvement to the sound of the music. I have since upgraded to SUPER and now ULTRA fuses so these are no longer required.
I'll give them a clean with DeOxit before dropping them in the post.
