Interesting question, but more interesting would be the target price. The current price for any 500 series component, with its power supply, is £25,999. I cannot imagine any of the new 500 series would be <£30,000, which might as well be Statement level as far as I’m concerned. Even at £26k, I wonder how many NAP500 power amps are sold these days?

I can't say I am struck by the styling, but I have said that many times before. No doubt it will grow on me. One thing I did find interesting

Cant find the price for the PS or new 250 as yet

Lurking about suggests that all three boxes cost £5700 each.
No purchase interest here.

I guess they want to avoid a repeat of the (disastrous) launch of the Solstice, but I guess that’ll be down to how quickly they can fulfill customer orders. I think even today many, if not most, customers are still waiting for the LP, which was supposed to be shipped with the turntables.
