I think to get the dealerships they have to do the installations, it's part of the agreement I've been told. The only thing I've done myself was to swop the KDS from the ADS. Everything else was done by my dealer.
My Akubariks were built exactly the same by the dealer and his assistant, that's why I asked if they were the new ones (I don't keep up with equipment). I don't think the lady would have managed to deliver them by herself. They used a hand cart to get them into the house, then unpacked and built them as close to position as practical. When we decorated 18 months ago I had to enlist my brother-in-law to move them again using a hand cart.
