Looks very interesting, especially as its something like 25% the cost of other ultrasonic cleaners

I've read the reviews, seen the videos, and am quite tempted. Has anyone seen/used/owns one?

The 2 big advantages I can see is:-

1) Noise level
2) You can set it to automatically clean a record while you are doing something far more important (like listening to one you have just cleaned)

Just trying out the HumminGuru on some original somewhat noisy albums.

Solitude Standing has marginally improved, Diamonds and Rust (a charity shop purchase) has changed beyond recognition. Not only is the vinyl totally silent (there was a fair bit of surface noise previously) but the recording has also improved. "throwing the window wide open" and all the other cliches.

FYI they had been previously cleaned on the Okki Nokki, probably 3 or 4 times each . Whether the HumminGuru would achieve this improvement without the ON's help I don't yet know. Lots more experimenting to do

This is very interesting, James. Do the records come out dry, or do they still need to air-dry as with the ON? Is there any risk of danger to the discs?

Totally dry here on a 5min drying cycle, although that depends on humidity etc in which case there is a 10 min drying cycle.

The only danger to records that I can think of would be an excessive warp making it hit the guides, but they would probably be unplayable anyway
