What Are You Listening To In September 2023

Listening to some fine albums Adam

After my unfortunate experience of being robbed by Alex Nagle, of www.snvinyl.com.uk...last heard from in January, 2022 and still no delivery of the items ordered; I had promised myself to only order from three record sellers here in the United States. One located in Kansas, one in Indiana and one in Chicago...no problems with any of these establishments.

However, I wanted a SACD of Santana's III and a copy in any format of Concorde by the Modern Jazz Quartet, both of which are nowhere to be found over here. Through the wonder of the Internet, I located the desired discs in Japan...and against my better judgement ordered them.
Well, all is great with the world, disc ordered on September 20...arrived intact on September 27.




Learning to read Japanese would probably be advantageous...

I threatened to take that pr**k to court for the same reason managed to get my money back in the end, although it took many months.He has a terrible reputation and has been slated on many forums. Lesson learned you won’t order from him again.
Anyway enjoy them two fine albums

All good things come to those that wait. Full fat version 192/24 purchased this morning after it's rerelease today and it sounds brilliant. Very hard to pick but I think this edges as my favourite...

I may have to buy a copy for my dentist to play while he ask his patients..."Is it safe?".

Very nicely recorded...

I think its a fantastic project from inception to completion. Beth voice works wonderfully even though its technically in the wrong register, she doesn't read Polish nor read music.

One of my favourite records that doesn't get enough playings. I'll rectify that later Playing it now
