One of the reasons I don't like going to a (busy) cinema is the smell of fast food, especially popcorn - yuk. And the noise of someone in the row behind crunching down on a packet of crisps (chips) is very annoying! Yes I am proud to be a grumpy old git! :smt023 :D

Agree

The other reason I don’t go to the cinema is I’m not keen on films especially ones that go on and on. Gerry Anderson used to do great stories in under an hour and the actors were far less wooden.

I rarely get enough time to watch movies, so most of the "movies" I watch are sports events. In this case my snack of choice is Guinness!

Whoever thought it was a good idea to sell cheesy nachos in an enclosed environment like a cinema needs taken out the back and shot. THey are teh worst foods to be in close proximity to. Hotdogs are silent, tasty and don't broadcast their smell. Noisy foods should be banned in cinemas, same with glasses wearers who put their glasses on the top of their head in a screening, which gives terrible glare to the person behind.
